Axelle Gallienne-Dubuc has a Master’s in Human Resources from SCIENCES PO Paris and began her career in 2003 as Human Resources Communications Officer for Groupe Pfizer.
In 2006, she joined the Human Resources Strategy and Organisation consultancy firm IDRH as a senior consultant.
A year later, she joined Groupe L’Oréal, where she held various roles including Human Resources Manager, until 2013 when she moved to the USA for personal reasons.
On returning to France in 2015, she became Senior Talent Acquisitions Partner at Johnson & Johnson then Human Resources Manager on the Parisian Pierre Fabre site, a role that she held until her arrival at Groupe CANAL+.
